A Complete Digitally Managed Service

The Pulse 24 solution is entirely managed and delivered by Energy Assets. Our bespoke systems provide realtime clarity during each phase of service delivery.  Be it the exchange of client meter portfolios or the installation of our dataloggers through to the daily delivery of your data, we have fully integrated management systems providing visibility of the project status, enabling  comprehensive reporting to our clients.  This ensures that the AMR service is as effectively managed as the energy it is reporting on can be.

The delivery of Pulse 24 AMR solution is managed by Energy Assets' “Digital End to End Solution”.

Refined Technology

Managing tens of thousands of loggers in the field provides Energy Assets with the experience  to refine exisiting technologies to better suit operational efficiencies and therefore meet client expectations. Our simplified on site installation processes drive the operational efficiency whilst enabling intelligence and management to be retained remotely within the Energy Assets system infrastructure.

Data

Consumption data is generally available to provide half hourly profiles but can be made available in frequency intervals to satisfy client requirements. Delivery can be transmitted in a variety of reporting formats and via our secure web interface.

Website

The online data access gives customers the ability to view their consumption in both graphical and text reporting formats that are simple to use but powerful in regards to the insight they provide into client energy usage.  At the click of a button, the requested data can be downloaded locally.

Data File Provision

We recognise many clients have their own energy management applications and service provision partners – that is why our service includes the provision of the data collected through the service in separate FTP file transmissions in industry common formats without additional cost.

An Approved Service

The Pulse 24 AMR service is CRC (Carbon Reduction Commitment) Compliant and was the first service provider to be accredited under the AMR Service Provider Code of Practice (ASPCoP).

The solution is administered and implemented by the team at Energy Assets, delivering a complete package of services including siteworks infrastructure, meter installation/exchange, AMR connectivity and data provision.  Energy Assets can provide the solution from end to end - A unique market proposition.
