Energy Assets makes recruitment personal with the launch of a new candidate portal

Today, Monday 15th February, Energy Assets launches a new recruitment portal to improve the experience of candidates as they search and apply for roles within the business.

EA Recruit is a fresh and innovative recruitment portal developed to help job hunters navigate recruitment opportunities and monitor progress as they move through the process.  This initiative aims to provide a first class experience to candidates from their first point of contact, because we understand that applying for a new role can be a daunting experience. Through EA Recruit, we want everyone to feel comfortable with dealing with our company.

At Energy Assets, we are embracing the evolution of technology, including remote working, as part of our People Strategy, which aims to attract, develop, reward and retain talent with our Group. To do this, we are investing in new people focused systems, process and ways of working to reflect the digital world we live in.

Candidate experience

  • Anyone looking to apply for a job with Energy Assets can register as a candidate with us and create their own unique candidate ID simply by visiting the ‘Careers’ page of our website. This ID can then be used to track job applications and view previous application history as well enabling candidates to review all new roles as they go live.
  • Candidate applications made online will be automatically acknowledged, with status updates communicated throughout the recruitment process. This enables a more personalised approach.

Our new start onboarding process is also being enhanced to reflect the framework of our core values and vision.”
