Energy Assets Networks (EAN) and Energy Assets Pipelines (EAP), an IDNO and IGT respectively, which are part of the Energy Assets Group, have released a brand new secure online interface for their customers to quickly and easily track the legal status of their utility projects in real time.

The state-of-the-art service uses cutting edge technology and is pioneering the way in project administration and customer expectation management. We believe Milestone is the first online direct access portal of its kind in the ICP and UIP industry. The portal will allow all of EAN and EAP clients to determine the current status of their individual projects, at a glance, at any time they wish confident in the knowledge that their legal information is being stored securely and safely.

Expediting completion times:
The majority of legal work at EAN and EAP is completed within a KPI of 12 weeks. The creation of Milestone has already reaped positive proven statistics during its beta stages. One such example is the expedited legal completion time on substations and expedited easements averaging at five and three weeks respectively. Milestone has also delivered a new company record in its initial launch. From receipt of the initial Design and Legal submission form of a land rights project for an asset connection from the customer, which ensures the team completed this in just seven days ensure we provide an immediate and accurate service.
