One of the company’s rising stars is Olivia Humphries, who is on the way to competing a Level 3 apprenticeship as a Paralegal.

Says Olivia: “I joined Energy Assets in March 2020 and since then I have felt supported in my apprenticeship by both Energy Assets and my training provider. By having regular meetings with our Learning and Development  department I am able to discuss any issues that I may have and review my progress with my manager.

“This apprenticeship has enabled me to gain all of the knowledge that I require, but also gain practical experience that I may not have gained in other routes. I believe it has been an excellent opportunity to get myself into the field of work that I am in.”

Part of the Team

As an Energy Assets Apprentice, you‘ll receive robust and comprehensive training to kick-start your career from day one, working on real-life projects with responsibilities.

Of course, you won’t be on your own. You’ll be part of a community of like-minded individuals, learning from experienced professionals eager to help you settle in and reach your full potential.

We also support our young recruits beyond the work environment, for example through Outward Bound Trust programmes that can help develop teamwork and behavioural skills.
