A proven track record of excellence with market-leading levels of accreditation.
As Great Britain’s trusted utilities and metering services provider, it is our responsibility to arrange and maintain safe working arrangements where practical and reasonable to do so. We do this to protect our employees, our customers and the public from unnecessary risks. The industry that we work in has inherent risks due to its own nature. Therefore we make sure safety always comes first and this is reflected in our operating practices, from the offices to the field.
Safety is at the heart of everything we do.
Safety is recognised as being key to our success, however it is not an aspirational behaviour or goal, actually it is fundamentally inherent in all that we do to protect our people, customers and the environment. We never compromise when it comes to safety. We always put safety first, and the wellbeing of our employees, customers, and the public are our number one priority and always will be.
Our track record and breadth of services for the utilities and metering markets is unmatched and you can read about how Energy Assets has continually delivered outstanding services through our expertise and innovation here.
We hold a number of accreditations and memberships which are vital for our business as we operate in many regulated sectors. We are dedicated to upholding the highest Health and Safety standards across multiple disciplines, helping to ensure that our employees can keep themselves, their colleagues and the general public safe. As a result we are proud to say we are accredited by the following:
Energy Assets are an approved Meter Asset Manager accredited by SPAA to the Meter Asset Manager Code of Practice (MAMCOP) for all categories of work. We are also an Approved Meter Installer accredited by SPAA to the Approved Meter Installer Code of Practice (AMICOP) for all categories of work.
Energy Assets are pleased to confirm that all Gas Metering operations are undertaken by competent persons who meet Gas Safe legal requirements. Our engineers are Gas Safe Registered to undertake all categories of meter work, and we also have engineers who are registered to work downstream of the meter installation. Gas Safe Register replaced the CORGI registration body in 2009 and is the official organisation responsible for maintaining records of all qualified gas engineers.
We hold GT/2 approvals from the Gas Transporters for undertaking work within the scope of their categories C1, C2, C3A and C3B, and are experienced at obtaining the necessary site specific Gas Transporter approvals for the more complex category C4A and C4B jobs.
We are corporate members of the Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers (IGEM) and two of our employees are Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Scottish Section.
For all this and more, including an extensive and proven track record or expertise, Energy Assets is unrivalled in its position to support our customers with their projects.
