For meter alterations or disconnections, we manage the entire process from start to finish. We make it easy for you by completing all the necessary arrangements for meter removals, including the cap of the supply feeder pipework downstream of the Emergency Control Valve (ECV) for gas. We also remove or alter downstream pipework, if needed.

You can get a better understanding of your gas, electricity, or water usage. For multi-section larger single sites like offices, industrial plants, or hospitals, sub-metering allows you to measure energy usage by floor or function. It can also identify data needed for obligations linked to carbon reduction and the Energy Savings Opportunities Scheme.

In multi-occupancy settings like retail centres, sub-metering results in costs being based on consumption rather than on a broader measure, like footprint.

We provide accredited in-house design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning services which all benefit from 3D CAD modelling.
