EA Heat Networks are designed to help developers meet the UK Government’s Future Homes Standards by providing efficient, centralised heat generation through a single energy centre. Heat is then distributed via an insulated pipe network to each building on site, eliminating the need for individual boilers, heat pumps, or other renewable systems in every unit.

EA will be the Energy Service Company (ESCo) for your development, in addition to owning and operating the network. Everything is covered including:
