Learn, Earn & Thrive

It’s National Apprenticeship Week 2023 (NAW) in England and Wales, celebrating the positive contribution young people and career changers make to companies like Energy Assets.

This year’s theme is ‘Skills for Life’. It’s a message central to our own extensive apprenticeship and training programmes as we equip a future generation of young women and men with the skills they need to be Net Zero ‘future-ready’.

We’ve been Training the next generation over many years – so we thought we’d ask our apprentices and trainees what they value most about their skills development programmes. Here are their top 7 insights – one for each day of NAW.
